On December 12,2019,Huayu group held a strategic symposium in Nankunshan,Huizhou.The theme of this symposium is “the dream of ten billion revenue set sail again”.The chairman Yi Xinhe,the vice president Zhao Fuxin and the general manager Yao Ling all attended.What’s more,the deputy chairman of Huayu heavy industry Bin Guyun,the general manager of Huayu heavy industry Tian Fuhua also attend this symposium as well as the senior executives from the company.First of all,the chairman Yi Xinhe gave a detailed interpretation of the culture of Huayu group including hope,mission and core values as well as business philosophy.He stressed that corporate culture would play a vital and leading role in the way to the development of the group,saying the construction and publicity of the corporate culture is an important work of the group.At the mean time,the chairman Yi Xinhe officially proposed the strategic objective of “a hundred in three and second leap”, stressing that on the way to rapid development and the main entrance of the group,it is necessary and opportune to discuss the future development strategies.

After that,the vice president Zhao Fuxin described Huayu group’s past,present and future as a little boat,a powerful ship and a millions of ton vessel,sharing his idea about the strategic concept of the corporate development.He also combined actual situation of Huayu group with strategic position,objectives and path,leading everyone to have a group discussion.

Each one of the general manager Yao Ling,the deputy chairman Bin Guyun and the general manager Tian Fuhua proposed their goals,paths and strategic measures to undertake the objective of”ten billion revenue ”based on the business units for which they were responsible.

All the present staffs were actively involved in the group deduction and launched a full discussion with combining group’s scale,position in the field and core competence with the way to implementing the strategic objectives of “a hundred in three”.Finally,they made an agreement that they were confident and determined to achieve the goals and developed a plan for the next period of the group.

At last,the chairman Yi Xinhe made a conclusion that this symposium started from team outward training was successful no matter from the content,form or the outcome,especially the feedback from the present staffs.It has played a role in building consensus and inspiring commitment,making a ideological foundation for the strategic objectives of “a hundred in three”.He also purposefully make a requirement of enhancing ten consciousness for all level executives.
